We had a good time at Raintree. Device was excellent, clean rooms, polite staff and ready to help management especially the assistant director of rooms who actioned one of the short comings in the room.

Good city hotel, with nice rooms. stayed there with group. Breakfast was very impressive and with variety of choice. However find that staff don't have coordination between them. Bell desk was efficient.

All staff are warming and friendly.. Deepak is very attentive.. Starters are good and the Punjabi breads are excellent. We will visit again for sure.. thanks the RAIN TREE hotels and resort and upnorth team.

Located at the business center of Chennai,this property with flamboyant exterior is a big disappointment from inside.
Lobby is not impressive and so are the rooms.Breakfast had limited choice and taste was average.
Small pool at the terrace is miere show piece and club lounge for club rooms guests had nothing to offer,overall disappointing experience.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff have all been friendly, courteous, and very efficient. The hotel itself is beautiful with many appreciated amenities. One particular staff member, Thangam, has been exceptionally kind, personable, and helpful. Our warm memories of India and the people here will become even more special because of people like him.
