From the welcome to the departure everything was special. We were treated with great service throughout our stay. The room was vey comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was served each evening to our taste, we had no decisions to make, other than to say what foods we liked, the rest was taken care of. Staff are all excellent in their roles and we will definitely be staying here again!

A beautiful old maharaja palace little outside of the center of Jaipur. When you close the door, all the noice of the city behind you. Even if the palace is a dream, the best here is the staff. They read every wishes from one's eyes. The food is excellent. Our room was beautiful, big and comfortable. We spend the Christmas Eve there - the dinner was obligatory. Very nice decoration, very good food, but also very expensive.
A good choice if you are in the city.

We had 3 nights at this hotel / palace. The hotel provides the experience as described and it really is an interesting place to stay in with museum exhibits around and interesting features to look and learn about. Staff are friendly and always eager to please. I read one or two other rather negative reviews of this and there are a couple of themes coming across. Yes it is true you get historical palace experience, beautiful grounds etc, however there are some basics that need addressing: Wifi in the rooms not always working, uncomfortable beds... these seem fairly quick wins for the hotel to fix. The evening meal is quite good and tailor made to your likings and dining takes place in a grand dining hall. I was surprised at how empty the place was and we were the only diners one evening. When it comes to breakfast i didnât not enjoy to be honest... coffee was not good, croissants stale... again seemly a quick win for the hotel. Overall verdict - very nice place but suggest that the hotel need to address some basic aspects quickly.

Six of us, ranging from 10 to 89 years of age, traveled to India. We stayed three weeks and hated to leave this hotel. We preferred the smaller, boutique feel at Raj Palace to the overwhelming, crowded experiences at other hotels (where the breakfast buffet seemed like a competitive sport). The staff was kind, attentive and so helpful. The Palace is so beautiful and there is much to explore. The food was always delicious. The rooms were a historical treat.
Some of the complaints I have seen were also challenges: the WiFi was inconsistent, the call to prayer was like an extra early wake up call. But we were in India and everything is part of the experience.
We would all love to return again!

Not good service...very bad housekeeping.... Not a good and recommended hotel.... I may not stay back....
Was there for a family function....check before you choose.... Enjoy your stay...let's get back your feedback...
