I booked an icon room. First of all there was hell lot of hassle at the time of checkin as the rooms were not ready. I had to wait for about 1& half hr at reception and finally i got a room at top floor where renovation work was going on. There was lot of disturbance near the door. Jacuzzi in my room was not upto proper functioning. Maintainance personnel tried to fix it bt he was not able to do so. Wifi was of no use as there was limited connectivity. Only the room service and food quality was ok.

An overpriced property.. totally not worth the money that you pay here
Better to go for other properties nearby if they are cheaper and there are plenty nearby

The stay was extremely pleasant and delightful! I stayed in Icon Room for couple of nights. The staff in each of the departments were extremely hospitable and they ensured that it becomes an unforgettable experience. I was greeted very nicely at the reception during my check-in. They are extremely quick and efficient and that really leaves a good impression on you! The room was extremely tidy and the comfort wasn't compromised by providing the appropriate pillows and clean bed. Bathroom have all necessary amenities with a bath tub and clean towels. The guest policies are certainly very friendly for a business traveler . The location also very comfortable for me as I had to go to my office, which is located in Andheri. Overall, a very awesome experience and I would certainly recommend this whomsoever wants to stay near to the airport or have a workplace in the surrounding areas. My next stay would certainly be at Tunga Regale!

This hotel had nice rooms, well maintained. The staff were polite and obliging. The complimentary breakfast is worth mentioning. There was a variety fair with good options. Tasty food. Lunch was so so. Overall good

Pleasant hotel, very well located if you have a early morning flight! Staff very helpful in booking transport to other areas of the city. Also put in an extra bed with no fuss at all. Happy with the room
