I have visited the Residency for official puposes.Happy to let you know people out there of the warm welcome by the managment specially MR.RAJARAM who is a true professional, flexible,importantly a patient listener, adaptable to changes and for the lead when situation requires. Always a good team player shares and contribute to the upliftment of the hotel naturally.

Residency hotel in the heart of the city is an excellent choice for a conference. Their services are Excellent , the food is something to die for with good ambiance. Under the captainship of Mr RAJARAM we are having an excellent conference in terms of food , hospitality. He is an asset to the hotel. I strongly appreciate his service along with his team.

Stayed for 3 nights starting from new year night... Requested for king sized bed and reception kind enough to offer the same and check in was fast and pleasant.room is well maintained even though its old.. Food was great and delivered on time.Madhu was polite and helpful during breakfast. Ramakrishna at reception helped a lot to plan our city tour and knowledgeable to suggest good place to visit. Must visit hotel and will come back for sure

This is my 4th visit in last 6 months.. I do not see any drop in their service quality... Front desk is awesome to identify our names and previous stay history.. room is clean and well maintained.. suitable hotel for any type of travellers .. breakfast was awesome as usual... wifi speed was good this time.. see you all soon in July...

The Hotel is pretty decent considering itâs location and the interior and decor. This also has a beautiful coffee shop where they host the services for breakfast and dinner besides they also have a Indian restaurant at the outer entry. The travel desk and car services are good and looking at the services it appears it offers good value for money. In case of a Chennai visit you might try it out
