Hotel is very good. Neat and clean and one of the best places to stay in Karur. Good food in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and tidy. They have a nice coffee and tea maker in the room with biscuits.

Excellent hotel which maintains the very high standards of The Residency hotels which offer luxury that matches and in many aspects exceeds that of the most expensive hotels but at a very reasonable price. This hotel had the same beautiful interiors with warm colours, subtle accents, beautiful lighting and above all, excellent staff who are well trained, polite and thoroughly professional. We stopped here for a late lunch while driving to Coimbatore from Trichy and again for lunch the next day on our return journey. Easily the best hotel for a stop over at Karur and can be reached in just a couple of minutes from the highway as it is conveniently located on one of the main roads from the giant roundabout that branches off to Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Chennai and Bangalore. Travellers on NH 81 need to take the service road before the flyover. Strongly recommended for families and business.

The rooms are well furnished, neat and quiet. The breakfast buffet has varieties of choice. Staff are courteous. Since it is located centrally, you can step out to shop around for Karur's special textile products. The hotel was fully booked and that shows its popularity. Although crowded, the noise level inside was not too loud. Overall experience is good.

I stayed in this hotel for almost 2 months for business trip. The hotel is nice and staffs are friendly. Price is also suitable. My only concern is the breakfast foods. They only have buffet for Indian food. But can request for some toasted bread and eggs of your choice. I will keep coming back.

Based on my previous experience I opted to stay at this hotel with my wife. Right from check-in reception staff messed up. I was given a room in 1st floor. Throughout the night there was sound from kitchen. Complained to the front office at 2 am. Nothing happened. Could not sleep the whole night. Raised the issue with their GM. They did not feel sorry for the issue. Pl avoid.
