we found the room provided did not have hot water for bath at all, the maintenance people were all excuse makers and not problem solvers??room was shifted from 505 (which was flooded with water something shocking) to room 606 so as to get hot water for bath but even here it was big fiasco no hot water,and wasted our time when we wanted to rest, the mechanics were telling us to waste buckets of water to get some hot water, which also failed, email send to superiors are being ignored, even calls made to them go unanswered???we had this same hot water issue even last year 2nd april to 4th april 2017, we felt it could be one odd issue, But now it appears to typical municipal attitude?

We visited the resort mumbai for celebration of family birthday on 1st feb 2018 . This was our 5th visit to the resort . This time it was after almost 1 year though
The place has surprisingly changed in a upmarket happening luxury . The restaurant is absolutely pepped up and carries uber service and food the food is excellent and well presented surprisingly to a complete make over since our last visit the service team is well groomed and communicated well with us in comparison to last visit
Food was authentic and carried detailed tasted super good attention which indeed kept us busy tasting and craving for more service was top notch .
We will visit the hi tide restaurant and also the resort again

Hi everyone, I stayed here for the first time and i was happy with the experience.
Location is perfect facing the beach.
You feel stressless and calm.
Staff is amazing especially Mr.Rehman from the desk, he did an amazing job with good smile and politeness.
I would definately come back someday again.
Stayed in room 506. Rooms were super clean with good shower and comfortable beds.
Good breakfast with vast options to eat.
Hotel had a private access to the beach which felt safe.
Well maintained swimming pool.
Had a party going on in the garden during my stay and the music was on till midnight which was disturbing.
In all was a wonderful stay

I have been visiting this property ever since I was a child (25 years) and have always loved this place for it's beautiful sea facing location.Below are some of the findings on my most recent visit after renovation (room # 108):
What was great :
1.) Location of the property
2.) overall layout of the property
3.)the pool side
What was good:
1.)The spa, Rema the therapist did a good job
What was average:
1.)the recently renovated rooms. Although they were no way bad but the whole richness factor was taken away due to use of vitrified tiles, damp walls,rusted mirrors and flickering led lights
What was bad:
The overall FNB experience in the whole property may it be restaurant or room service was extremely bad.The room service food tasted like reheated refrigerated stuff and made us feel uneasy throughout the day.Also the turnaround time for any room service or housekeeping request was very high.The morning breakfast buffet was a disastrous affair, we heard several people complaining about the same things which bothered us.

located in front of famous Aksa beach, I see some celebrities during our stay location of the resort is very nice, food is costly but they don't compromise with quality and taste so the ok room is very good if you take sea view room.
