I travel to Bangalore a few times a year for work and usually stay here. It is awesome. A few things that stand out,
(1) Club lounge - food is good - not amazing compared to the JW Bangalore. However the service is tops. There are a few people that have been there a few years, They remember you and remember what you like. They are genuinely nice as well. One evening I was sick (fever) and didn't want to go out to dinner. I just wanted a bowl of soup. They only had mushroom soup which I don't like so they went to the kitchen of the main restaurant and got me tomato soup. They then apologized that it took 20 minutes when all I could think is that most club levels would never do this.
(2) The Market restaurant is great, This is where we generally have breakfast and the range of food is unbelievable. Service is always amazing.
(3) House cleaning is great. They leave lots of water.
(4) Overall the Ritz rooms a great hotel in Bangalore, The rooms and the hotel are beautiful and there is funky art all over the public areas.I love the bronze Picasso statue at the entrance. Its a newer hotel so the grounds are not as luxurious as say the Taj West end. Land prices in central Bangalore are unbelievably expensive so newer hotels tend to be mid rises with smaller grounds. It is the service that keeps me wanting to stay there - club level staff and managers like Prabdip Arora.

I recently stayed at The Ritz Carlton on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone there were helpful and friendly. I have a gluten allergy and each morning the chef made anything I wanted. The food was great as well as the spa.

Had stayed in the The Ritz Carlton recently on a business trip. I must say,..it is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in till day in all my travel. The staff and service is excellent. It is the only hotel that asked me in the most polite way humanly possible on my check out date. Also the in-house restaurant has an excellent array of food. I would recommend this hotel even in my sleep!

Rooms are nice and spacious with bathtub and rain shower, double sinks and big plush towels and plenty of bath products/supplies. Very attentive service throughout the hotel including personal daily attention from housekeeping. Amit took care of my room and made sure I had everything I needed.
Restaurants are all very good. Excellent breakfast (western and Indian).
Awesome rooftop bar called Bang. Impeccable service from the bar staff including
Pradyumna Flair who makes an awesome cocktail with a some fancy shaking/juggling and is great guide to the top notch menu of Scotch and local whiskey.
Bang is especially fun on Sunday evenings when they have a big sunset party and has a happy hour during the week. Only downside is smoking is allowed which is unfortunately typical for bars in Bangalore.

I stayed there for two night whilst on business trip. A wonderful hotel with great service. First-class bedrooms, fantastic food to suit all tastes & needs, and superb cocktails!. Would like to mention Mohan from In-room dining for the excellent service rendered by aforementioned. Customer service was great. Kudos to the team & to Mohan as well.
Would visit again for sure!
