We went up on the lift to the rooftop bar Amazon . There we got a great view of the surrounding city and the setting sun . We enjoyed beers,a pina colada cocktail and tea .The staff were friendly and we felt relaxed .
We then went down to the Floor no. 2 to the restaurant and it had excellent furnishings and tasteful decoration . The tables and chairs were of quality wood and very comfortable . The waiter we had was warm and friendly and had a very welcoming nature . We felt at ease and asked his advice on what as vegetarians we should order . He helped us and Iâm so glad we took his advice as the meal was exceptional .The table was full of dishes and parrotas we had ordered . We ate almost the lot as we didnât want to leave anything to waste . The bill when it arrived was very reasonable.
The hotel reception is cool and fragrant ,the washrooms are spotlessly clean and we had great satisfaction from our visit .
We will most certainly return .Its the best in the area .

I had a meeting at the nearby medical institute and stayed at the Ruby Arena. We were received graciously. The staff were extremely helpful (I was traveling with a 7 mo old infant) and the arrangements were affordable and comfortable. There was a little bit of an issue with internet, but the reception would always address that and any other query or concern we had without delay. I will definitely return!

The Hotel has an excellent and polite staff but desperately need training in basics of hotel management esp wrt respecting the Do Not Disturb Sign. The food preparation is quite ok but the rooms are in dire need of maintenance.

We visited this hotel and our experience was nice..It's better to make ur reservation through any Online portal because they have best deal with them..Rooms are spacious and bathroom also very neat and clean.We only felt some difficulties with the restaurant people we felt they must have some professional approach towards their service.Wifi need to set up an easy password always making confusion with the passwords...Overall it was a nice experience for us..

Very close to Trivandrum Medical College Hospital .Staff are friendly and accommodation are good.A bit noisy.Good facility for conduct of meetings with audio visual gadjets are available.Usualy occupation is full.
