A group of us visit here regularly for overnight offsite meetings. The location is great with beautiful views of the river and the meeting rooms are well equipped. We eat in the Lock for dinner which always impresses with its varied menu and wine list. What prevents this being excellent is the bedrooms, they are extremely small and just average. Pretty sure I was up a temporary bed for this latest visit since it was so abnormally low to the floor. For the price you pay the rooms are really disappointing.

to be sharp.
it is a charming modern hotel quite and nice and a bit out of the center of staines compare to Mercure.
But it propose more high class services , more modern than the other.
in the morning following the Thames you can walk up to your company or go to the center.
Breakfast and diner are fine

I attended a conference here in Feb 2018. I didn't spend the night as the rooms were a shade pricey. However the hotel, staff, food and facilities were top rate, and it was a very convenient location.

Had a very enjoyable lunch here in the Leftbank Restaurant. The food is buffet style and the choice of starters, mains and desserts is excellent. Would definitely return. Lovely staff and good views of the river.

Great hotel, the Lock is very good. Some of the rooms are basic, others are lovely. GOod service, and great food.
Brilliant conference facilities with view over the Thames, and nespresso machines.
The spa is well maintained, and I had one of the best massages there ever.
