Riki was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and breakfast (continental) was ample and excellent. We had a power outage for an hour at night due to heavy wind and rain but were so cozy we never noticed it. Riki suggested our last morning that we take a cab to visit downtown and we should have taken the suggestion as parking was impossible downtown in zafet

I enjoyed my staying at the safed hostel in Israel. my friends and i are looking forward to come back. the owners were very helpful and nice. I enjoy the tea made of the plants they have outside. it was a very nice, cleaned and calm place to stay.

Riki and Dov were excellent hosts who were very friendly and gave me an excellent itinerary to make the most of my time in Golan and Galilee. The breakfast with homemade jam were delicious, as were the homemade liqueurs.

I had a pleasant stay here for two nights. The location, a few minutes out of town, is quiet and peaceful. I booked the dorm room which was clean, comfortable and more spacious than you would typically find elsewhere. The provided bedding was of good quality and warm for the cool January temperatures. The proprietors could not be more helpful and accommodating and can give you lots of tips about the surrounding area. The continental breakfast was excellent and a good value. I would definitely return here when I am in the region again.

Maybe my expectations were too high after reading the other reviews....but I thought the property and the rooms were pretty gross. It simply felt dirty and there were bugs in my bathroom. The location for getting around the Galilee region is great. The information offered by the owners is great as well. However, it cannot be ignored that the price is quite high (with no breakfast included) for such a rundown place.
