Loved our stay here. From the moment we booked and our âbutlerâ contacted us until we checked out. Excelent seevice, very nice spacious rooms, good wifi, delicious breakfast and above all very friendly and helpfull staff. Location of the hotel is also perfect. Stores, bars and restaurants at walking distance! If we go back to Osaka we go back here!

Great service, very attentive staff. Location is great, close to shopping. Good restaurants on site. Would love to come back. Spent New years eve at the Hotel. easy access by subway. Walking distance to places of interest.

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely Christmas day at St. Regis Osaka filled with decorations. I was able to spend a romantic night in room with an yummy Christmas evening snack. Also we were able to plan next trip at business center, thank you so much.

Superb hotel in an excellent location. Great concierge and rooms layout... very near to amenities... Shinsaibashi is literally just next to the hotel. Restaurants within the hotel are very good too. Try the Italian restaurant.. great food and service.

Location is great it was our anniversary and they went out of there way. Italian Resturant is fantastic and the breakfast is fine not great as they donât cater to western so all the meats at breakfast extremely fatty. Location is amazing and front desk staff are incredible. Would definitely come back and this was our third time. My only complaint is on email. Response time on them getting back to you is extremely painful. They work at there pace not yours. If your searching for special items I suggest you google and do it yourself and you will be allot happier. Once I met the lady Concierge I was dealing with through email she was extremely helpful and very nice but forget email response in any timely manner. 100 percent I will return and my room was a suite and fantastic room. Had just come from the tired st regis Singapore and refreshing to come to a great st regis hotel again after my stay in Singapore.
