A friend and I spent a pleasant few days at the Suncourt Yatri. Our room was clean and ample in size. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a bit if-fy -- the water pressure wasn't sufficient to keep it from switching back to the faucet -- but that was a minor inconvenience. The complementary breakfast was much better than the usual fare on offer; there was a good selection of hot foods, eggs, cereals, fruit juices, and a wonderful coffee machine that made lattes and espressos on demand. The staff was friendly, and extremely helpful to my traveling companion (who has mobility problems). I generally avoid the travel desks at hotels, but this one proved to be the exception to the rule, and provided a car with an excellent driver at a very reasonable rate.

The hotel is just spot on ! the location is perfect. just outside the hotel there is a very good Shopping street, and many restaurant. The rooms here are very nice, clean and tidy. They provide you with all you need. And the restaurant have the best food in Delhi.
I have never experienced a better service or more friendly and helpful hotelstaff in my life ! The people working here are just amazing they do what ever they can do to help there guests !
A big thank you to this hotel and the people working here for my great Delhi experience .

Nice hotel close to the karolbagh market and and karolbagh metro station .Rooms and bathroom were very clean,modern and spacious.Specially roof top restaurant are very modern and hygenic.overall ,a good hotel at very reasonable price.

The location is excellent in terms of distance to everything. The noise factor from the road is minimal. The hotel is 3 star but the service from the doorman to the manager to every staff we encountered is 5 star. They pander to all your needs immaterial the time of the day. The rooms are well maintained and excellent room service. Cannot praise this hotel anymore. You would not be disappointed. I will definitely be back at this hotel the next time I visit Delhi.

While the location of the hotel is relatively convenient (walking distance to Karol Bagh metro station and thus connects you to other parts of New Delhi easily) the hotel falls short in service and hygiene. The room was in moderate size for the price that we paid nevertheless the furniture was old (for instance the air conditioning which was difficult to change the temperature when it was getting too cold). Everything would have been âacceptableâ had we not seen a running mouse in our room upon our return from exploring. The reception moved us to the room next door per our request but we were not entirely happy; another form of compensation would have worked better. We were scared and on top of everything who knew what the mouse had done to our belongings when we were out exploring the city? We saw the mouseâs feces on the furniture very close to where I left my make up and skin care products!!! I cringed whenever I use these products again. We approached the reception to demand for compensation (I would happily write a positive review had they done this as I understand everyone makes mistakes and I couldnât expect 5-star quality at a 3-star hotel), but nothing was offered, not even a single apology. I highly suggest anyone travelling to Delhi to reconsider staying at this hotel because for the price I paid I expected at least a clean room.
