Stayed here for a couple of days for my nephew's wedding.The place was good. The service was great.The facilities like table tennis, chess etc was really helping us to relax. Yes, for transportation, one needs to arrange separately.

I was stay in Treehouse blue its a service apartment.but you couldn't say that it's a service apartment because the service of staff is very effective and quickly and standard service
All your need things was available like swimming pool well maintained activity area and good restaurants in surrounding area food was fantastic.we were enjoying the stay there . special thanks to Mr Ayaz ,subhonkar nimai and swiney.

Well what I can say this hotel is a 3 star hotel but i bet if a swimming pool it would defiantly take a 4 star hotel.
The level of staff go to make your holiday a memorable one and the quality of the rooms deserves a extra star.
The beach is very clean and well have a fabulous restaurant on the beach where you can relax all day on the sunbed. With delicious food
Hotel is perfectly situated close to everything.
Bank, beach, local market, and airport perfect place to get every where

we seem to have developed fancy for this property. though it may not be on the beach itself, but the famous Majorda beach is quite close by, approx 3 km, and conveniently approachable. we love this place for its basic facilities and serenity. one can enjoy a home kinda stay here. the serviced apartment is located along the main internal road. couple of good restaurants and super markets are also in close vicinity to suit your needs. the rooms, including the kitchenette are adequately furnished. the staff is courteous and friendly. we found the WiFi service good. the raw breakfast provided each morning was of good quality, wholesome and easy to cook. owned or hired vehicle is recommended. i did offer a couple of suggestions to help the management improve their services, which was well taken by mr Fernandes, the owner. in my opinion this place offers sound value for your money.

This is an apartment hotel with raw breakfast, in other words they deliver a basket with a few things and you must cook it. This hotel has 2 or even 3 tiers of rooms to choose from. Situated on the South Side of Goa, it is really quiet, not like the hussle and bussle of Norht Goa with bars and parties all night long. we booked online and got quite a surprise when we were dropped off at 1 o clock in the morning. The streets were deserted with only darkness and a forest surrounding you, it was quite a scary ride. The first unit we landed up in, we wanted out of sooner than later. It was a dump. All the furniture were brown, and the lounge has an upright wooden bench that you have to watch TV on. We were moved to a premier suite. We had the staff running up and down to supply us with the necessary items to make our week a little easier. They dont have plugs for the basin or the kitchen Sink. No hot water in the kitchen. The staff is not really sure at times what you ask from them. Overall we had a good stay after we got them to bring everything we needed. Will go back there if they clean up their act. The hotel is apparently only 6 years old, but looks like about 20 years. Linen were really in a shambles. It felt like I could take it and wash it for them. Looks like no one knows how to wash or Iron linen. Cocroaches all over.
