Had to change two rooms before getting a good room. service, bad. rooms average. only advantage is the accessibility. overall it was a bad experience. there are plenty of options around in the similar budget.

We had birthday party for my son on Dec 27 Radha Hall
We had terrible service, insufficient food supply on buffet, There wasn't even enough food for guaranteed people
Water glasses were not refilled.if u have plans to book event on this crappy hotel I suggest find some better place
Unqualified staffs including management, none of them seemed educated ,every staff on the hotel begs for the tip which they don't deserve
I was so embarrassed infront of my guest, I feel guilty of choosing this hotel

@trivago I booked a room at Vijay park at aarumbakam, found cockroaches on bed and bathroom, checked out in 30mins, hotel staff threatened me to pay one night, which I had to pay, blacklist it going to put a case against them

We booked several rooms here to host guests for my engagement. The rooms had issues like lights not working, door not opening without a kick, etc. But the worst part was the service - some guests were made to wait 2 hours before being given a room, coffee was promised by room service but not delivered for the next one hour. Eventually, my fiancee's family had to yell at the staff to get a little service. Overall, a terrible experience and I would recommend staying away from this hotel.

Stayed in this holiday for a night. Late in the evening no drinking water & room was dirty. bed covers & towels were also dirty. The morning breakfast was horrible Really fail to understand what will cost the owners if they give good service & clean rooms. Will recommend people to stay away.
