We stayed in this Hotel from 25th January 2018 to 28th January 2018. I can easily say it is best hotel in Anjuna for mid budget range.
Pros-
Superb Swimming pool
InDoar Games Carrom, Table tennis, Snooker
Nice Breakfast In 3 days they gave different breakfast everyday.
Staff Behavior is also very good
Cons-
One and Only Far from the beach

Booked through TransHimalaya so got it very cheap. 6 day stay with family. Has a big swimming pool. Area is less crowded and very nice restaurants are available nrearby. Got bullet for rental to visit doodhsagar.

Great room, beautiful setting and scenery from up in restaurant!
Went to Greek restaurant so easier to access from this location too!

We found this property on Trip Advisor and read the reviews and saw the pics.
Went ahead and booked for 6 nights -chk in 29th Dec-chkout 3rd Jan and paid Rs7000 plus per night.
we arrived at the hotel -and room 20 which looked like their outhouse /staff quarter was shown to us.
We refused the room and were told -you booked Economy room that's why you are getting that room .
We decide to look for another place . Mr Nitesh -Front office was kind and gave us another room -supposed to be their Delux room -which seemed better than their outhouse looking room .
We were tired as the time was 10pm so we took the room .
Next day we wanted to chk out . they refused to refund the money so we were TRAPPED there.
We travel a lot and have always stayed in BEST Hotels .We went for this property as it looked appealing .
The hotel is run down ,substandard.
The Breakfast is Substandard .
The Bed sheets are OLD and worn out ,torn.
the bed sheets were small and could see the mattress from the sides.
The Duvet covers were torn and stitched .
No place to keep the soap in the bath area.
Loud music were being played till 11 pm by the pool side ,disturbing the guests.
Overall very bad experience and will NEVER stay in the property .
Wanted to bring this to their Owners attention but they refused to share their number.
Paying more than 110 dollars for the room and getting a bad experience left a bad taste towards the Trip Advisor team too .

My overall experience of staying was good with Orritel. I have also stayed at Orritel Talegoan.The overall hospitality is good. However there are a few things which I would like to convey them
Pros
1) Pool was good
2) Superior and Premium rooms were good and clean.
3) Well maintained property
4) Very good tress and plants.
Cons
1) The welcome kit was not provided. We had to call and ask for things like dental kit, water,soaps etc
2) We stayed for 3 nights but for the first 2 days the breakfast was so average. But on the third day when the resort was quite full which included foreigners, the breakfast spread just doubled which so many options which should have been ideally a part of our previous 2 days package too. I quite felt cheated that by paying a price of 4k we did not deserved that kind of hospitality which we have observed with other hotels in Goa like Marinha Dourado, The Living Room etc.
3) Superior and Premium rooms are very big but their washrooms are very very small.
4) Staff is not that professional as compared to other hotels in this segment.
