Its located on the main road, and gets lil noisy. Also, the service wasn't good- had to call thrice to get the plates cleared. Rooms were clean & with basic amenities. Breakfast was ok - nothing too bad not good. Overall an average experience.

The Visaya is modern, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast here is outstanding, and the service is top notch. The Wi-fi, however, is very bad. 512kbps and each room can user only two devices. Faster internet (if you want to watch YouTube or equivalent) requires payment by the hour. Is this 2018?

The hotel isn't too far away from the international airport, around 30-40 minutes drive away depending on the traffic, as it can get quite busy on the roads. We didn't realise how close the hotel is to the main street, as the photos looked like it was set back. Located in the South of Delhi so it's not near any attractions, but the taxis are cheap to get around.
The reception area looks nice and the staff are friendly. The room looked very modern, but on closer inspection we found the bed sheets to be dirty. This was quickly rectified once we notified the reception. We also noticed that some of the furniture and fittings were due for replacement. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The breakfast was disappointing and didn't really cater for westerners. The coffee wasn't great either, but the juice was nice. The restaurant was closed at night due to a private party so we couldn't try anything. The party was loud and lasted gone midnight, which kept us up.
Overall, this hotel wasn't for us. Some good, some bad and some ugly.

I stayed at the Visaya in Oct/Nov 2017 while visiting India on pilgrimage. We used the hotel as our home base for other trips. This was my first time to visit and I was so pleased with the level of service and the quality of comfort at this hotel. The food was also delicious. I'm writing this review, specifically to note the excellent service provided by my room attendant Shailender. He was very accommodating upon my arrival when I requested to change rooms (it was on the noisy street side). He insisted on showing me every room that was available in order to select one that best suited my needs. Throughout my stay, Shailender was always extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best! During the month long visit, I was grateful to be able to return to the Visaya and know that I would be well cared for by the entire staff and especially Shailender. Thank you!

Was allotted room which was road facing. It was almost like staying on the highway . Constantly noisy . Had certain diet restrictions and made a special request which was met rather unwillingly and with some effort . Though my colleague traveling with my had a different room which he was quite ok with . So all in all fits the price paid
