I often stay in London for business and find the hotels very hit and miss. I was so impressed with the staff during every part of my visit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

This is a great old Hotel close to the theaters
We love the grabs hall where they serve the meals
Great front desk staff
Always helpful with the rooms and local attractions
Lovely pool as well
Recommend it for business and family
All the Waldorfâs have certain grandeur quality to them

Spent the past 5 days in London at the Waldorf. I am a Diamond member so I travel quite a bit. The staff at thos hotel is top notch from the front door to the kitchen. I am keen to return.
Great location as well..Covent Market is wonderful and the choice of restaurants and theatre is almost overwhelming.

Now I have been there around 7 times. I moved from my usual place in London in Canary Wharf as my stakeholders are moving to Strand.
The location is really central which helps when using the Eurostar (St Pancras) and walking distance to the office⦠so nothing to complain about!
The place is classy, the service is high standards and the rooms are spacious for the London standards⦠The breakfast is good, there is a nice and quiet executive lounge and the room service offers a good variety of dishes when you keep working in your room!
The little bémol I would bring is the restaurant⦠even if it is ok, you would expect more⦠it respects all the criteria though but I am maybe being a bit difficult⦠I do definitely recommend if you are in centre of London.

I booked The Waldorf Hilton London as a surprise for my husbands birthday as i had also booked a show that was near by. I called the hotel directly to book and the lady managed to find me a dinner, bed and breakfast deal which was really good value. Our room was lovely and clean and one of the comfiest beds i have stayed in. We had pre drinks in Good Godfery's bar, the waiter found us a table and was really helpful with letting us try the wine before we purchased to make sure we liked it. They then took the rest of our drinks to our table for dinner in the homage restaurant. I would like to point out that i had to call and book the table for my booking separately, it did takes ages to get through but eventually i managed to get through and they were able to book my table for 5.30 when the restaurant opens for dinner. Dinner was so amazing, we were wowed by all three courses and couldn't fault a thing, everything was so so tasty. We had breakfast included and was a buffet style but wouldn't choose to have breakfast unless we had it included as we felt it would have been expensive for a breakfast we could of found cheaper elsewhere for the same thing. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
