This is a very nice place for the price. We had a bungalow and it was very nice. The staff is great.. Restaurant is OK. Basically one block from the beach and off the road a bit so it is very quiet. Walking distance to everything and close to many restaurants and stores.

The pool area was nice and the bungalows were very nice, however they only provided water the first day and they only gave big towels. The locks on the doors looked like it wouldn't take much to open them although it did seem like a safe and quiet area.
Facilities/amenities were basic. The bar had limited drinks - mainly only beer; the menu said they had Smirnoff ice but never had any available the 2 days we were there. The restaurant menu was basic and the breakfast, although it was nice, was very small - only 1 slice of toast. It says there is a free shuttle but we tried to use it one day and they said it was being used elsewhere for daytrippers to the island so we had to pay for alternative transport. Staff around the bar area, especially in the late afternoon/evening, mainly sat on their phone and their English
If this was a 2 star hotel I would say it was very good but I definitely would not rate it as a 3 star. If you want to use it as a base and then travel around the island then it is good, but if you want to chill/relax around the hotel area then the amenities are too basic and not what is advertised. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 as went back to our previous 3 star hotel as it had a lot better facilities on offer.

The hotel and grounds were nice but quite basic. The safe in the room is a wooden box with a key which just doesn't feel very secure and we couldn't get our door to lock to which we was given a bike lock to wrap around the handles which again didn't fill us with a great deal of confidence, we did work out that there was a way to lock the door but this involved lifting one of the doors up to meet the other so the lock would insert properly which took about 5 minutes to do. There was a little decking area outside of our hut and then 3 steps to get down from our hut, on one occasion it had been raining heavily and I fell down the steps due to them being extremely slippery (there was no warning about this) I was left with a big bump at the back of my head, my partner went to get some ice from reception and told them what had happened and they couldn't care less, it was only when he went back for a second time to get some ice the manager of the hotel was on reception and asked why he wanted ice, my partner explained and the manager did come to see me and asked if I needed a dr etc.
Also on a couple of nights the electric went off in the middle of the night and we woke up sweating.
The walls are also very thin we could hear everything in the hut next to us even though they were not directly joined.
Overall it was a nice hotel but very basic and the rooms could do with a little updating, we did not find the staff overly helpful, although they were friendly.

So happy I found this amazing property.Staff were super helpful,rooms were clean,although small the pool was always empty of people, a fantastic location close to beach,bars & restaurants.
Breakfast was typically Balinese fruit,eggs,pancakes,etc but the banana pancakes were the best we'd enjoyed in Bali.
Suitable for families,couples and individuals.
Hired a bike for the day which was organised through the hotel to travel around the island, the manager even organised transportation to Ceningan Island at the end of our stay.Would definitely recommend this hotel,good value for money.

This guest house is nice and clean. No t.v in the room we had, pool is great gardens are nice and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was o.k. Nice and close to restaurants and the water.
