Simply excellent service...from every single person in the hotel. It's clear they have placed a priority on doing everything they can to give you the most pleasant stay. I was here for a week, and there's no other place I will stay when I come to Chennai. While each person is wonderful, it's clear they enjoy working as a combined team, a total hotel staff, to provide a great home away from home. Extra thanks to Vidhya, Meena, David, and Sathish...the specific team making my stay so nice. As I see others have appreciated, Vidhya's 'towel animals' are simply amazing...bringing me a smile every day. Wonderful food, good fitness room/support, nice pool, great rooms...simply a great place to stay.

After a long day of work, I came back to my room and found this nice little towel art ð¢ welcoming me with smile. What a nice way stay experience. Very nice service by floor supervisor Vidhya. She makes beautiful towel animals. and Also very nice serivce by Kumar and Gowri Sankar. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant and a nice swimming pool

I had a fantastic stay at Westin Chennai Velachery. The front desk, house keeping (Mr. Kumar and Mr. Jagadeesan), the chefs and the stewards (Mr. Dhanesh) were extremely hospitable ! I would definitely come back here!

Itâs a very good place to stay, specially housekeeping staffs are very good especially Trina. She interacts well and makes us feel as better and as in home which is important for people who travel and stay at new placeð¤.
The dynamic pricing of the hotel room charges can be better.
