I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this property...5 star badge with 3 star services...housekeeping is a total bunch of lazy guys...service came after half an hour..that also was cutlery which is basically available in any and every property..must have made at least 6 calls to the operator...which ironically is referred to as "SERVICE EXPRESS"..The mini bar wasnt working..inspite of complaining no one came from maintenance to replace or check it..beds were so so..toilets were full of old fittings which is very surprising for a so called 5 star property.. request to speak to Duty manager went un-answered...pathetic PR for a hotel...

Lovely Live music added a spark with amazing food which making the time spent with family memorable. It make you feel special with the service provided by the staff. Would definitely recommend as a place to go.

A very good experience of stay with spacious cosy rooms with nice interior. The location of hotel suits the visitors. My sincere thanks to entire Westin team for making the stay memorable. However, the food needs some improvement.

Our last night in India. This hotel was perfect for us to prepare for the long journey home. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable; the ensuite ....magnificent!!!!! We opted for the Executive dining option which comes as pat of the room charge. The choice available was adequate and the staff most attentive. For those who prefer more food options there are numerous eating options. The Executive Lounge chef makes everyone feel very special and will endeavour to find something special for you to try, even off the menu. Chef Rahul and his team will make sure you feel at home and most welcome.
Overall the hotel is a large, cosmopolitan establishment with plenty of facilities . The staff throughout are courteous and eager to help.

Westin Gurgaon has an excellent team. Right from the time we checked in, Arjun made the check-in a breeze. just took 3 minutes and we were in out beautiful room.
Chef Rahul and Satyajeet took great care of us at the executive lounge. They are a great asset to team westin.
the room is fabulous and so are the restaurants.
we loved our stat and would look forward to come back soon
