This is a splendid property in an interesting part of Pune. It is large and well run and well located.It has very nice rooms but the views are over the city which has not done itself much credit.There is a sliver of a river running on one side
We were upgraded to a nice terrace suite and it was huge.the reception staff was very good and the housekeeping did well The restaurants staff need some more training The executive lounge is large and is not used much.
I loved its vast spaces all around

The hotel arranged an awesome sightseeing tour that took us around the entire city going to all the major sights. 2 excellent tour guides and 2 very talented drivers spent the day with us showing us around the city.They showed extreme care and support to make sure we all had a great time. I have a fracture foot which made moving a little bit of a challenge and they made sure I was able to participate as fully as the other sin our group. We all had a lot of fun.

The Westin hotel in Pune is absolutely amazing the staff are very very helpful, generous and always want to help. We went on a Saturday trip around Pune with Pratap (the driver) Neha & Tshening and they were very helpful and had alot of information about the attractions I would definatly recommend as it was a perfect way to see the city on a weekend! This Hotel also offered a full day sightseeing trip on the weekend. With comfortable cars the main attractions of Pune can be visited, like Aha Khan Palace, Shaniwar Wada, Pataleshwar, two Museums and Parvati Hill. With two guides accompanying the group it was a fantastic day also getting in touch with other guest from the hotel. A great experience and a perfect day, well organised by the hotel.

I came here for a work trip and it was lovely. Rooms are big. Bath is good. Bed is huge. Buffet has good variety and the coffee is good for India.
I also had a massage and facial to treat myself and it was exactly what I needed.
Happy to come back
