From start to finish, I was never left disappointed, the complimentary morbii g buffet if perfect. Fresh pressed juices, local cousine as well as familiar foods like pasta and bacon. Room servic3 and laundry service is quick and professional. Linens changed daily and I have to say I had the hottest shower in India. Bathrooms were always cleaned with fresh toilet paper ( not many places have toilet paper ) and fresh bottled water. I enjoyed the boat ride for fishing and seeing the local river villages, and really enjoyed the massage services ( respectful and professional ) from the bell hop to the managers, all staff were always looking out for my best experience. They succeeded. Thank you guys!

Had two nights staying in a bungalow with lake views. Unfortunately the stairs to the bedroom were very steep and slippy, having to go downstairs for the bathroom was a slight problem in the middle of the night! No information in the room for tv or breakfast times etc. The pool was cleaned every day but only on the bottom tiles the sides were left with dirt and mould, the pool shower was filthy and tiles cracked!Staff in the hotel restaurant were not very friendly, certainly inept and they seemed to be poorly led, what a shame as it could be a beautiful place!

Excellent location and place to stay. The staff was very courteous, the rooms were allotted as per my request and the check in process was hassle free. Was running late for the Dinner Buffet, on request the hotel staff placed the dinner in my room. Overall an excellent place to stay with good food.

It took them a while to allot rooms since the rooms that we booked through our travel agent were already occupied.But they made up for it by upgrading us to their suite rooms.The view from the room was spectacular.They also have fishing and boating facilities which was the icing on the cake.Breakfast also has a veryy wide variety which includes veg and non veg.The staff was polite and friendly.

Good place to stay with family for a vacation. Good clean rooms and room service. There are cottages which are located on the side of the river. You get an hour of boat ride from the hotel to the lake.
Customer friendly employees and good food.
