This hotel is not in the city centre, as the name suggests, it is in Rogier - a slightly dubious part of the city. You also have to enter the hotel by going down 20 steps (there is also a lift, but....); very inconvenient.When I arrived the receptionist was having a VERY long telephone conversation with a previous customer over the price of her bill; consequently I waited about 10 minutes to register for my room. The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable - if a little small. A typical city hotel room in fact. In future I will seek more central hotels - without steps.

I thought this hotel was very middle of the road. Its in a good location and nice modern reception design. The rooms are however quite small and basic, though OK value for the price.
My two main complaints were that they simply didn't have enough staff. When I arrived there was only one person on reception who was working flat out but there was still a long wait at reception. Another issue that I had was that the walls were paper thin. Me and my friends were staying at the hotel for a well known monthly party. There were a few people staying at the hotel for this as the hotel is a partner hotel. In other hotels they group all the people staying for things like that together to reduce the noise, but they instead had us spread all over the hotel. Wherever we went people were complaining about the noise, even at 9pm in the evening. The hotel should either invest in sound proofing, group people together, or not be a partner hotel for party weekends.

It was the first night in Brussels and the hotel is worth returning in the future. About everything a traveller may want has been thought. Fantastic beds and food staff. All questions were answered, all problems were solved. The service was fast and of the highest quality. And the meals...Delicious! The only thing I missed in the morning was a bit of porridge. I am not complaining because I forgot to ask... :D Free wifi and fast internet were helpful because I needed it for work.

One feels very much at home because of the staff and the hotel facilities. No matter how early in the morning you need something to eat or drink you can get it. The hotel staff are assiduous and caring. Furthermore, the hotel premises are modern and accessible to anybody

Donât stay on 1st floor, youâll be above the gym that seems to have staff in from 4am bashing around and then you hear weights crashing and classes into the night. Even with ear plugs it disturbed me. Great free WiFi but parts of the apartment are pretty shabby.
