I've been going to Brussels on EU business for more than 20 years, and I love this hotel, for a very simple reason: good lighting. Most hotels in this category don't even have a ceiling light fixture. My room had an excellent one.
Also, coffee maker and free water every day, and a robust wireless access, free of charge.. Perfect for work. I got a good deal on bookings.com - not always the case.

When there for a conference. Very nice room, but there was a distinct smell of old sweat hanging in the room. It was not very pleasant. It was also impossible to call for room service, as no one picked up the phone in the other end.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days and really enjoyed it very much.
The hotel staff is very nice especially the man who welcomes you for breakfast in the morning.
Rooms are decorated nicely, nice big shower, large balcony and great food both for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is just 5 mins away from the EU institutions.
I do really recommend it.

Centrally located close to the EU Parliament. Good public transport connections. Rooms, as hotel rooms go, are comfortable and clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. Efficient check in and out. A bit far away from the "old town" so not ideal for people that are touring Brussels

Great hotel. Clean and tidy with good facilities like gym, sauna, a small convenience shop. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety to select from
! Most of the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
