My stay at this hotel for a day was great.. Room looked royal with beautiful paintings and elegant lights.. Buffet breakfast had good and tasty options.. Service was good and prompt.. All basic amenities available.. Bathrooms clean and well maintained.. Definitely recommended for couples and families.. My rating 4/5..

Great service & responsive to our requests. When we didnt get the twin beds the agent was supposed to request; the hotel put our luggage in a room while we went out and upgraded us to a beautiful luxury room w twin beds.

Thekkady is one destination where you should keep moving than relaxing at a resort. In that way, this is one hotel where you can stay without making a hole in your pocket. There is nothing much to rave about the hotel except their service. Youâre likely to be disappointed on every other aspects.
The Royal room offers good view to the jungle.

Great service, nice hotel, centrally located near shops and tiger reserve entrance. Hotel rooms are nice and staff very helpful and caring. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The only downside is with the expensive safari packages they sell in the hotel. If you visit this place then just go to government information center. The safari tours advertised in hotel and outside are an order of magnitude more expensive than the government tours. If you like hiking, just get the ânature walkâ tour from the government information center. Lot of people will try to sell a lot of packages her and it can get confusing. My own experience is that the nature walk is the best (for young people - we encountered a cobra, bisons, elephants, and saw tiger paw marks on a non existent trail)
