My first visit to Goa and stayed here,I don't regret at all staying here, It a simple and beautiful place, this is right across the beach,you can go to the beach in couple of minutes whenever you feel like.They have a dog we named him jimmy he was so good that we played with him everyday.*BAGA* beach is around 2 km from here, overall its a nice place to stay.

It is my first time to Goa, didnt know where to stay until I found Tivai Beach Cottage and I said well this is something I didn't try. It was great stay, reasonable rate with reasonable comfort, AC was good cleanliness was good, staff Fernandez and Romi very helpful and cheerful, the cottages only 50 meters from the beach with direct access to lots of restaurants around. No wifi, which I didnt notice as i was in the room only to have rest, bath, or sleep. I enjoyed the calm beach was very cleansing for me. If you look for simplicity and be yourself this one is for you.

Tivai cottages is an amazing place to stay in Goa if looking for a pocket friendly place near a beach.
'Romeo' the care-taker would make sure for our happy stay and his dog ' Scotch' would give us a warm n a perfect welcome every time we came back to the cottage.

The best part of the cottages is that they are right across the beach. The service and rooms are average but it works if you're on a budget. The hotel didn't basic first aid kit and also weren't very helpful when my boyfriend hurt himself. They also demanded more cash for a delayed check-in which wasn't cool as we had informed them earlier.

This place is very close to beach .It takes only 2 min walk to reach to beach. Cottages are good in size and suitable for family. overall clean and good. No room service for food and beverages . But beach shacks come for ur rescue to satisfy ur night cravings for food. a nice place well under your budget.
