Only one night at hotel Tivoli in Sao Paolo this January was more than enough to enjoy this stay and be sure that whenever again in Sao Paolo, Tivoli will be the first hotel choice.
I just hope that the next time I will have the opportunity to enjoy this hotel for more days.
Quick check-in process from very well speaking English and polite staff
The room spacious, the bed large and comfortable, the decoration elegant
and the view from the window very nice.
There was a very convenient bench with electricity supply sockets, where I could place my laptop. For coffee lovers a Nespresso machine was available together with the fridge with soft drinks.
In the 23rd floor there is a bar restaurant with spectacular view over Sao Paolo.
Unfortunately as it was Saturday night all tables were already booked, however we had the alternative for a drink in the ground floor bar.
The 23rd floor restaurant is also the breakfast place so next morning we enjoyed a high quality breakfast having a nice view of the city.

As a seasoned business executive I opt to be driven around by local chauffeurs in Sao Paulo during my short days. During my three day stay the Tivoli provided me with an excellent driver service performed by Antonio Gambim, an experienced professional. The reliability, safety and cleanliness of the chauffer services were outstanding. Antonio was always on time, so we were never late for the many meetings I had. In addition Antonio is a likable and expert professional who knows the 20 million metropole of Sao Paulo like his own pocket.....

Superb experience, amazing design top location and highly trained staff to accommodate any demand. Would definitely stay again. Highlight is the top floor restaurant/bar where you can enjoy your breakfast.

Smooth check in, with staff fluent in English and very cordial!
The rooms have a great size, the bed is a dream and the amenities are great.
Breakfast is not perfect, but good enough.
Room service is great, fast and the food is great!
The rooftop bar is to die for! Lucas the bartender is awesome! Best cocktails ever! Let him creat your drink and you wonât regret! Daniel the waiter too! Very good!
Iâm in love with this hotel... hope to be back soon.

This hotel is great. I love it!
The staff is doing an amazing job, the hotel itself looks awesome, the rooms are nicely decorated and offer a beautiful view over the city.
In terms of food, no comment. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotelâs restaurant and everything we ate was delicious.
There is also a gym. Quite small but decently equipped for a hotel gym.
I definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best I stayed at.
