The staff was very skilled and helpful
Rooms were more than ok
Good place to start for sight seeing around there are to use as a hop to go to another city

Good location within 5 min from JR Tokushima station, next to Sogo departmental store. I had a room facing the river and mountain so it was lovely. Room rate was reasonable, with sufficient amenities. Clean.

Rooms lot of dust , dirty bedding , I was bitten by lice several times , then, has a lot of dust on the top of the air cleaner ,did not sleep well. Only good things is location quite good, nearby sogo department store and JR station.

I have resided here for almost three weeks and everything was very great. It is near the train station, shopping centers, restaurants from authentic japan conveyor to brown curry! It also has a washing and drying machine for your clothes. It is within the shopping center. It has smoking and non-smoking rooms. You can borrow also a flat iron.

This chain hotel had the standard things you'd expect from a Japanese business hotel. Nice, comprehensive breakfast. Wifi worked in our room ( a rare luxury ), Our room was starting to show its age - there was considerable dust in places that the daily cleaning staff just don't get to. The window couldn't be opened - a shame since the room temperature was 25 degrees C and the air con didn't help reduce this. But, our bed was very comfortable. Food was available in the basement of the SOGO department store (next door) until about 19:30. The Hotel Sunroute (across the road) has a good rooftop onsen ~ Y720 admission.
