Our climbing club had two stays at the Tori as we entered and exited Georgia. It has a terrific location, outstanding helpful staff, and a good solid breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well serviced by house keeping. Very reasonable laundry service. One of our group became ill during our stay. The staff could not have been more helpful in assisting with his medical care. Highly recommended as good value at reasonable price.

The hotel seems that it was well built and designed, but never refurbished after. I was coming there for 3 years and every time it gets more worn.
But it enjoys great location, Stacy rooms. But now the choice of hotels in Tbilisi allows to find a better alternative, so their owners should invest in some refurbishment and better management (I am not mentioning the state of their breakfasts, etc.)
But I hope that one day I'll return there after it gets refurbished.

we stayed there 2 nights in July. the place looked good at first and we book the room. then we realised that it was not very clean. The sheets and the whole room smelled of smoking. We had asked for a non smoking!! the breakfast was very bad and limited. We thought it was over priced and the staff could have made more effort. our room was facing the back of the hotel and it was not a nice view at all.

The one preveledge of the hotel is city center location. The rooms are large and air conditionered, but dirty and need to be repaired. The towels are limited, 1 towel per 3 person. I was very upset with the service performed.

The best feature of the hotel is its central location, within easy walking distance to all central sights. It is at a through street and opposite a park, all of which can be a little dark at night, so for female persons returning home alone at night it might be preferrable to be dropped off by a taxi.
The hotel is simple but clean, no frills but recommended for its price. The breakfast selection is small but adequate. Wifi works in the rooms and is free.
