We stayed here twice between flights, but on our second stay they lost our reservation and despite being shown the confirmation email proceeded to charge us more for the room. Restaurant serves great chicken curry. Room was basic and fine for a quick overnight before heading to the airport.

Well, i don't where it to start, it started all as okay place, but turned to a nightmare Motel.
I was on transit, because, i wast travelling more further, then i needed a place to stay for two nights.
Before i arrived, i enquired if i could live one of my luggage, since i would you use the same hotel my way home. The said it was okay, and it will be safe. So, my departure to my next location, i gave the staff my suitcase, and they replaced it in their luggage room(i thought). And i took off for Kigoma.
On the 25.des, i travelled back to the same hotel, very happy, and the staff were happy to see me. They tokk me to my room.I had with me my cousinsister and her baby. I asked my relative, if i could get the suitcase at once, since it was for her, with presents. She said, no lets eat, then i can see them later. While we were eating, i decided to go out, and get the suitcase, take it to the room, so that when we come back, to the room, my cousinsister will be happy, to finally see her presents.
I asked the staff for my suitcace, which they went and get it from the backroom where they kept it when i left. I got it, took it with me to the room. But it felt heavy, i din't mind, since everything was closed and the padlock on.
I went back to the eating room, satt with my cousinsister and her baby, we ate the food, and finished, then i told her, we should go and sitt in the room, so that we relax. We did go.
As we came to the room, i showed her the case which, has her presents, since they was a paddlock, am the one who know thw code, so i opened, the paddlock, as i took the zip, it just flipp off.... i further opened, the suitcase around, as i opened it, i noticed silver sunglasses... i got a chill in my backbone, because, i didn't pack any sunglasses... further on, i saw a sommer short in kaki colour for men, which i didn't pack eiether.. Then i checked outside the case if its really mine, yes it was mine, but the stuffs innside is not half mine at all!!! I went out, and i told the staff, that, the suitcase is mine, but the stuff inside, is not mine!!!! Then the staff tells me, that they have been burgler in the Motel!!!! I got so angry, that i can't explain how, i felt at that moment. Then i asked them, when did this happen? Why didn't anyone tell me about this?...
So i tok my suitcase out, back to their storageroom, and i asked the staff to be around, while i go through everything! As am doing that, one of the staff is talking on the phone, i got more and more angry! I asked, if the have reported this to police, they said yes, then i said, i want to see the police report, so i can fail a case, with my insurance company, the lady staff, said, she was talking to the manager on the phone, and she was coming over in an hour to talk to me. After three hours, the manager never appeared. Then i asked where is the manager! Then lady at the motel called the "manage" again, where she said, she will come in a minutte, i said, i want to talk to her now, which i did, and i said am leaving tomorrow(26.des), i need a police report or she can send it tome by e-mail, which she agreed to do, so i texted her my e-mail address.
That night, i was scared of sleeping there, we had to pull, the bed and block the door, while sleeping! Now. they are telling me, they can't do anything, its in the police's hands, after two weeks, without respond from them, i sent a new e-mail, where i told them how disappointed i was in them how their customer service is poor and i will give a poor review, then same day i got another e-mail from the other manager, where he states, that the police wants to interview, me, but they told the police, taht i have already travelled.. After i came home on 27.ds, i called the hotel again, and asked if i could talk to the police if they could send me the phone number. The lady told me, the police is closed, thats the same message i got when on 25.dec, i knew about the burglers, i wanted to talk to the police, she said it was closed.
So i got a phone number, to the police officer, but no name... i sent a new e.mail asking for the name, i got the name, i called the number NO ONE IS TAKING THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel shuttle was waiting for us, as combined, when we arrived at the airport during afternoon and on time to take us back to the airport during the middle of the night. Perfect.
Hotel not fancy but clean, functional and very helpfull staff. All we needed.

The environment was good and clean. The meals water pools are fantastic .kunduch water park is a good place to enjoy with your family, friends and Patnas.we enjoyed a lot. God security and toilets were clean.

Stayed here one night while waiting for an early morning flight out of Dar. Emailed prior to arrival to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and he was ready and waiting with a sign with our name on. This costs 5USD each way. Check in was smooth and we had a ground floor room with air con an ceiling fan. Rooms are small but are serviceable for the few hours we were there. Had a bite to eat and a beer in the evening and reasonable prices. Taxi took us back to airport at 2am for our flight at 4am. It does what it says on the tin. An overnight stay that is much better than sitting in Dar airport which has hardly any seating.
