A delightful experience! The attention and service offered from the staff is beyond any expectations. I arrived after a 32hours journey and they made sure my check in was as easy and swiftly as possible (less than 3 minutes), and made sure I was absolutely comfortable.
Their massage therapist was amazing. She brought me back to life! A must if you stay there.
Very close to the airport, with complimentary pick up makes it very convenient.
The room was very comfortable and quiet.
I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chennai.

The service personnel in the hotel went way above and beyond my expectations. I don't normally compliment people, but this time I want to take this opportunity to commend everyone who works in Trident. If given a chance to go back in Chennai, I will always choose to stay in this Hotel. All the staff provided excellent service. I can't find words to say how much I enjoyed my stay.

Good quick stay....overall was good experience...better than any other Chennai airport hotel but bit costlier than orhers ...I have stayed in almost all airport hotels 4* in chennnai...buffet is nice n tasty....

The hotel was recommended by a coworker based on the service, and he definitely right. It is less than a 10-minute drive to the airport and included complimentary transfers. The front-desk staff was incredible. On top of general friendly service, someone came to my room to cut off the airport security ties after he had finished his shift and during a monsoon rain. It was a very kind gesture, which was matched by the staff at the buffet who were all very kind to an incredibly jet-lagged guest. The room was comfortable, and I would also pass along the recommendation for anyone staying in Chennai.

The staff are all so very polite and helpful. As a lone female traveller they made me feel at ease. Especially Sushant at the reception and Sanket in the dinning room. They were exceptionally attentive.
I was very worried about getting from the airport to the hotel at night on my own but I emailed the hotel in advance and Avantika Singh organised my transport and was very reassuring and patient.
The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean - an oasis in the hubbub of Chennai.
The food was great with a good selection.
I can find no faults at all.
