On my birthday, I visited Amara Restaurant in the hotel to get some sweets for my birthday party myself. I asked to put several sweets I want in a box and told that today is my birthday and I will enjoy them. Then, the person who served, Mr. Mayank, Senior Executive of Food and Beverage Service, said to me "Happy Birthday" and we shake hands. He further mentioned " This is a present from us. Have a wonderful birthday." How cool! This made me so happy.

The hotel is very nice the ambience was terrific. The staff was very professional and they make feel important. The food is awesome. The breakfast was superb which is awesome if you are traveling for business as its the most important meal.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Check in was handled for me as I waited comfortably with a cup of tea. I never had to wait for a transportation. Vehicles were at my immediate disposal. I used the spa, gym, and several restaurants to my complete satisfaction.

The staff are outstanding. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Quality restaurants and food was good (in super picky)

We visited the trident, hi tech city during the 31 st Dec weekend.
We stayed there for 4 night.
The room are spacious and super clean!
The food was great!! Totally loved it!
The only minus was the chaos in the hotel on 1 st Jan during the breakfast!! Poorly managed.. first time ever we had to skip breakfast because the staff couldn't manage to arrange a table even after an hour of waiting..had to give my 2 year old toddler breakfast outside the restaurant in the waiting area!! So that's the reason I have given one star rating less!
Otherwise the staff is very courteous and friendly!! My toddler got a gift everyday from the staff!!
Overall nice hotel!!
