We stayed for ten days and enjoyed every minute. Relaxed, friendly and efficient with everything you need and good food.
All the staff were really helpful and hospitable.
Room was spacious.
Wifi worked without any issues.
A/C was very powerful and cold.
Breakfast was good to start the day off.
Checking out was just as easy and simple as checking in.
Great Service.

Stayed on a business visit with a colleague for 1 night. Stay was very nice apart from very slow service. The staff take ages for room Service for simple services. Apart from that, a recommended hotel. "

I spent a night this July. The rooms and services are of average for the city which has limited choices. The location is good, I haven't tried the restaurant yet. They have good parking space and property seems big.

Check the A. C. and TV before checking in to the room. The AC kept tripping in the room allotted to me first. But the staff is courteous and helpful and were quick to address my concern and had my room changed.

Yesterday was yet another stay at tristar, Chandrapur. I have been staying here since the time it was known as Kundan plaza (last 10 years). Tristar is a comfortable and peaceful hotel with no real irritations. The staff is extremely courteous, even the hotel staff. Hotel food is good in taste, but a tad expensive. It is the only decent food option nearby. Morning breakfast menu is limited but good. But it is never fully ready before 8am!
Another grouse is they always seem to have some or the other form of renovation going on in the hotel! Not that it disturbs you in the room but still.
