Very nice property located at Gulshan area in Dhaka.. Was easy to locate using google maps.. I booked this room through Expedia.com ... We were served welcome drinks and also got a complimentary upgrade of room!!!!! Room had all the amenities... Microwave,Fridge,Kitchen etc.. Room had good wifi connectivity.. I really liked the stay here and would definitely recommend... Keep up the good work!!

I stayed with my family and friends for 1 night on Friday 20 October 2017. We booked 4 rooms in total and the rooms were nothing like what was shown on their website. All the rooms and bathrooms were filthy and the linen were stained and looked as though it had not been changed since the room was last used.
It rained heavily during our stay and in the morning we noticed a lot of rain had come in through the balcony door.
Alarmingly, the dental pack in the bathroom contained insect repellent, which my friend used as the thought it was toothpaste!!! When we complained, reception were apologetic and phoned the owner of the hotel (who happened to be a doctor) for advice on if my friend needed any medical treatment.
The staff however were friendly, polite and courteous.

i stayed for ten days and loved it. simple but good. friendly and very supportive staff, good location, walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants in banani and gulshan. quiet at night. wifi was ok.

First thing first, the location of the hotel is great. The hotel is close to the happening Gulshan circle 2 and Banani without the noise and pollution. The lake in front is a bonus!!
The best part of the hotel is the team of staff. They were simply amazing. They were very courteous and eager to help. It is definitely a notch above. I would like to specially mention of two staffs in the front desk Ashraf and Rajib who were very helpful in providing the information about Dhaka and questions I had.
The breakfast was average. The freshly prepared parathas were nice. I tried the restaurant for dinner. I ordered simple vegetarian food, the food was good.

The location of the hotel is very perfect. Good restaurants are near by at banani which is just in a walking distance. The staffs were cooperative. Rooms were clean. Washroom upto the mark. Morning complimentary breakfast must be improved.
