Just enjoying our last night of a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel
Room is very nice with a fab view of the castle. Clean and very comfortable
The breakfast has been very good- must have been as we made it every day which we never usually do ! The staff have been very pleasant too
This hotel is in a great location for the marina, beach and lots of good bars and restaurants
We would definitely recommend it ðð¼

Holidays would be way better if there were an indoor pool or sauna. Also there was only one lift for guests, and itâs really not enough for that size hotel. The lift also was little bit too noisy, because we were able to hear noises outside the room while sleeping.

We visited this hotel as couple for 2 nights and have never been to Alicante before, we arrived very early for check in but the very friendly girl checked if there was any availabile rooms but there wasnât but it really didnât matter as she happily took our bags and we went out to explore. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view amazing, the room was small but very adequate. The shower was hot and powerful and lots of free toiletries, and hairdryer.
After a few hours there was a knock on the door and room service had brought me a bottle of bubbly and a dessert because it was my 50th, and the staff had all wrote and signed a card, I thought this was a lovely gesture as we had not told them that it was my birthday.
The breakfast was lovely, one of the best breakfast offerings we have had for a long time. And the layout of the restaurant was really good, modern and clean. Staff very friendly in there too.
Overall would definitely recommend as location is excellent for restaurants bars, the marina and the beach!

Fifth weekend in 6 years! We come for my wife's birthday every year.
This hotel is just great for the beach and the shops. Last year I moaned that the wifi was not up to it. This year any business man can safely stay at the hotel and know that he will get an excellent connection. I had some urgent business while I was there and was able to connect and use UK based legal data bases without any difficulty.
Same fantastic breakfast. Same excellent staff. The lady receptionist instantly recognised us from previous years. She made us feel welcome and could not have been more helpful. She had my details on the desk when we arrived so check in was easy. She had allocated the same room to us as last year. As we were a bit early the room was not ready but she stored our cases without any problem (but with a charming smile).
On the downside there was only one small lift available for the whole hotel. There was a message on the wall about refurbishment and the lifts do need some upgrading. As they say you cannot make omelettes without breaking eggs and maybe next year there will be new lifts.
Also on the downside is the fact that the downstairs was closed off where the reception washroom was located, which can be irritating if it means having to go back to your room.
The rooms were not as clean as they might be. The bathroom was fine but there was a lot of dust under our bed.
However all in all we had a great wqeekend.

Beautiful rooms with stunning views but breakfast freezing cold when supposed be hot...the fruit and yogurts where beautiful and fresh
The TV in the room had no English channels and Wi-Fi wouldn't work properly. Overall lovely and would go back but just go room only.
