The staffs were nice and responsible, the great thing is the chocolate and snack in fridge were free everyday, yay! The room was huge with a bathtub. The hotel is side by side with Sutos Mall, i was staying on weekdays so there was quite at night but I heard it will be a lil bit loud to some room if you staying at weekend, probably because there will be a band or some music events at the mall. The breakfast is nice but not hot, not so much choices but it's okay. Thanks TS Suites!

The service was outstanding. The room was also very nice, clean, and does not smell eventhough we were on the smoking room. Location also very convinient as access to the whole sutos mall is right down the lobby. We had a great stay and sure will stay there again.

Large room, nice breakfast (plenty of food selection), good staff, strategic location (located in Surabaya Town Square area), a bit noisy if you stay at a room with Mall view, suitable for family trip or business trip

Best hotel in Surabaya. Super helpful staffs, big bathtub in room, free mini bar, delicious breakfast, and last but not least, it was near Sutos Mall where you can find any food you like for dinner. One word: awesome.
