The villa is amazing. The staff are so friendly, and always very helpful. Every time we left our villa they would make it up for us again. The free shuttle into town was great seeing as the villas are located a bit out of town, which is perfect if your looking to escape the busy tourist areas on Seminyak.

Stayed in 1 bedroom villa good value for money,own pool a big plus in warm weather,a little bit away from main tourist area so is good for quite time away from busy main area 5 minutes by hotel shuttle to main town which is free.
Room is comfortable with everything you need Kitchen outdoor with cooking facilities only minus is no toaster and breakfast toast can be cold.breakfast choices are western and Indonesian both very good
Staff are friendly and helpful
Breakfast served outside by pool which is very nice
Would stay here again

Before I write my reviews I always read some of the reviews other people write and I just can not understand the negative ones. We had a lovely stay at the Tukad Villa. The staff was very endevoured to please our wishes. Every evening we could choose which breakfast we wanted in the morning and at which time. The food was okay. Not the best breakfast I had but still a very nice gesture to bring it to the Villa and serve it at our table at our desired time.
The Villa is completely open and out in the nature except for the bed room. The bedroom ist air conditioned with a small TV. The whole Villa was very clean. We had a little fruit bowl with balinese fruits as a little welcome. The pool was very clean as well as the rest of the Villa. And do not be scared of the little geckos that are all around the outdoor part of the Villa :) The surrounding areas were quiet as well.
Also the staff was really nice and helpful in every situation. They organized a moped and also a tour to Ubud for us. They also have shuttle until 09:00pm (not sure if I'm 100% right here) but if you ask kindly they bring you to the main street where you can take a taxi easily.
To put it in a nutshell, we were very content with our little private Villa.

Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Tukad Villa and had a wonderful time. My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and everything was as expected. The villa looked like the pictures online and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was great and the staff went above and beyond the make sure we had an enjoyable stay. They even clean your room in the evening after making a quick stop in the afternoon. We had a car service for two days set up by the staff, which we really enjoyed. The only issue we had were a few stains on the bed sheets but we worked through that. The bathrooms are outside, and if you have issues with ants, lizards or other small insects then this may not be the place for you.

We stayed there for two nights. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free transport service to surrounding areas (Kuta, Seminyak, etc) which save us a lot of trouble. The villa is located at 5 mins drive from Seminyak's walking streets. Highly recommended to travelers who want a quiet place, yet doesn't want to stay too far from town
