Stayed for 1 night standard double room
Pros
-bigger room than expected
-clean sheets and comfortable bed
-bathtub and toiletries
-minibar with snacks & drinks (you will be charged for what you get upon check out)
-area near to restaudants and groceries in batha
Cons
-room smelled of cigarrette
-bathroom not cleaned well
-area (batha) not really ideal for families
-wifi was slow and most of thw time no connection
Overall you get what you pay for, it was not a bad stay. If you are on a budget and dont mind the batha area then this can be an average stay for 1 to 2 nights

My family & I stayed at this hotel for a night. The rooms are not very clean but spacious. The restaurant is expensive. The room service is average. The location of this hotel is at a crowded area. The room tariff is not high.

This property is little complex. The reception is at the first floor, dinning area is at another corner of 1st floor and the rooms are from 2nd floor onward. The gym And pool is in basement but is full with outside guests. no separate timings for the hotel guests. The rooms are big but clean, ac is not sufficient. service don't expect. Good one quick stay.

It's not a bad hotel. Not a bad hotel at all. The front desk check in man, not the Saudi, the other guy, who is not Saudi: he is always unhappy. Always trying to make you pay for things you didn't request, etc. Not very customer oriented. The rest of the hotel: fantastic. It doesn't take much to satisfy me, and if you are the kind of person who wan't somewhere clean to sleep, somewhere safe, then this is it. If you're a single woman, then you might not feel comfortable, but then again, to each their own. The gym and health club in the basement is a nice plus. If you like shopping, the neighborhood is real. Not a polished marble floor shopping center like Faisalia or Kingdom Tower, but a real legitimate market. Parking is a headache, so don't come here expecting to park out front.

The hotel is clean and safe. The staff are accommodating and cheerful. Me and my wife really enjoy our stay here. outside the hotel is tons of establishments ranging from jewelries, mobiles, food, clothes and almost everything that you can think off. The location is perfect.
