we have been staying here on every visit to MATA Vaishno Devi from approximately 5 years .Hospitality remains the same that is to be excellent helpful and courteous.

Good property with small lawn (looks big in pictures). Very courteous staff, takes care of guest. Food is offered in room (although they give option in lawn too) was Good, freshly prepared then itself. quiet place away from city hassle. Good for family travel, solo person may get bored off. Rooms are Good, spacious with average maintainence. They offer pickup & drop facility from Banganga too.

Very very pleasant and peace full stay.best ever life time experience of stay in katra.little bit distances from katra and thets why it is very peace full and in lap of nature.i mean it.very co-operative staff .free pic and drop.Extra pic and drop also very reasonable.nice efforts for management.keep it up.

best place for family, offer fresh cooked food every time. staff is good and friendly. so i will prefer to go there again with my family. they offer me pick/drop from mata vaishno devi entry point. overall everything is good
