The property is just too awesome. The owner should know each and everything about the hotel. your staffs and manager Suresh just ruin your property. 24 th Jan 2018 we checked in but no minimum greetings from them. when I asked to take my luggage after some time a man come but unwilling to help us. I had in MAP plan but they forced me to take very cheap cost South indian food to exceed their margins. For breakfast dinner every time I had to talk with go Ibibo, the executive help me a lot. But last night we had a horrible experience, the manager of hotel Suresh just threatened us , in a service industry how it be possible I am just wondered. last night we hope we might had been went to police station to complaint against manager Suresh and staffs as my wife with me, they not even know how to behave with a lady even.My wife was so frightened thus not recommended to any family or couples.Not at all friendly staff.Whose manager threatened customer whom to you go just think. At morning check out they insulted me again when I asked for morning tea which is included in my breakfast and for which I had already paid. property is very good but the staffs are emensely bad you can't imagine unless you faced. please not recommendable to any one, it will ruin your Kodaikanal trip. suggestion to owner if he can see the review: staff like Krishna manager Suresh should be thrown out of the system who insulted , threatened the customer being a part of service industry.All your good investment and good property is ruined by this kind of inhuman staffs. please take a strong step in this regard. Requesting the owner to take a very strong step in this regard.

We have visited kodaikanal and stayed in Baraja valley during Dec, it was very cold during that time. In the room, there was no facility to get hot water for drinking. The room service was not prompt. But the breakfast was good.
During season specially in Christmas and new year try to avoid visiting kodaikanal. There will be huge traffic during that time.

We are stayed last December 2017 thru oyo rooms. Rooms are very clean and neat. Food was very good but little costly. we enjoyed. room service little slow. need to improve customer support. but good stay in kodaikanal

Stayed in this property on 30-10-2017. took two rooms. been with the family. large vehicle parking space is available on the basement. rooms & toilets were neat and clean, close to the centre part of town. staff are cordial. buffet breakfast and dinner are ok. only issue is the rest room for the drivers which near the parking space is maintained in pathetic condition.

The property is new so it's very clean near to lake view , neatly furnished with little play area for kids
Food was ok and the breakfast spread was so little even you have to pay for your omelette separately
Only drawback is you get hot water from 6am to 10am and 6pm to 10pm
We with small kids had a tuff time to clean him at night in cold water and they don't even have coffee maker at room for urgent water heating
