Every time I go to a hotel or B&B, especially in India, I find they lose the gloss - sometimes they are unkempt due to careless management, sometimes a good staff goes away that wrecks the place completely. Vasudevam is a pleasant exception. This was my third stay there - always impeccably clean and excellently managed - received by ever-smiling Dr. Rajan. Remain as you are, Vasudevam!

They need to remove the word 'premium' from their name!
Don't go by the reviews. Seems like they are from friends and family of the owner.
We checked in with very high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pics. We were 4 adults so the manager recommended us a room with 4 beds saying that it's a large room. When we reached, we came to know that it's just a room (no separate living space, no kitchenette). Actually this room has a living space which is separated from the bedroom by means of a curtain. They removed the curtain and placed 2 folding beds in the rooms.
We ordered some milk for our kid and there were insects in the flask. AC remote wasn't working (temp fixed at 25 degree). When we tried switching on the fan, it didn't work. We called the caretaker and he came with a nose pliers as there was no regulator. He turned the fan to speed level 2 and said the fan needs repairing to this is the best he can do. There was a lizard as well in the room.
Best part came when we complained about all these issues to the manager. He came to the room and said fan is working. Even if it is fixed at speed level 2, it is working. Regarding 5he lizard, his reaction was lizards are found in Delhi as well. It 8s common in this area. Since it is not a hotel but a home stay, please expect these things. Honestly, we booked a home stay for all the good reasons. Didn't know these bad reasons of home stay.
Another thing, while online as well as in the document they provide in the room they say 24 hrs checkout but you will be welcomed by a standee that says 12 noon checkout.
So my recommendation is to AVOID this place!!!!

Nice small property in a quiet area. Stayed in the premium apartment with one bedroom and living room. Ground floor. Spacious and clean. The young man who was the property host was very accommodating and very helpful- that made it worth the stay. Breakfast was very basic.

Well kept rooms. Very cordial and courteous staff. Takes extra effort to suit the food needs. The pick up and drop to the airport was seamless and was never made to wait. Overall a very good experience and this is the 2nd time we are staying in this facility

I stayed here for 3 days in Dec 2015. The owner is very good and polite person. The room had one bedroom and one hall along with induction heater and fridge along with attached bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay/
