A large group of us ladies spent 2/3 days at this resort. I had a 'floating room', and discovered a Jacuzzi in my attached verandah! This well maintained resort has lots of quiet spots to meditate, watch the sunset over the lake or simply unwind. The food was good and service exceptional. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at all times, making our brief stay truly memorable.

This is an awesome palce in kerala to spent your time with family. A real paradise to enjoy the real taste of kerala. We can feel the richness of nature and culture of people in the state. Food part was simply superb in all means. .

A 5 star experience indeed. We were a family of 2 couples with a toddler and we had a really nice time over the weekend. One of our suite rooms was upgraded to the next category of suite and we got a private plunge pool which was a pleasant surprise. The evening activities, pool experience and dinner gave us some really good memories. They also had a great breakfast spread and the service at their main restaurant was very good. They were booked almost full for the weekend we were there but we still managed to go for the complimentary boat ride, cycle n use paddle boat without much queue.
Few things they can improve are the check in, check out TAT but to be honest they were swamped. The a la carte prices were a little expensive especially compared to the portions served.
Would definitely suggest this place and itâs very kid friendly too. Our toddler had a blast!

A luxury resort for those looking for peace and relaxation
We were greeted in a very wonderful way by the reception staff, welcome juice and very picturesque scenery
The rooms are very impressive and the size of the rooms is very large and has a wonderful balcony. There are also many outdoor sessions on the lake and swimming pool
There are actually many wonderful views from all sides of the hotel and I highly recommend it

Check in was very swift & efficient & before long I was shown to my twin bedded room which was enormous with an equally large bathroom. Both the bedding & towels were of a good quality as were the toiletries. An added bonus was a terrace with 2 chairs which overlooked the gardens.
The foyer was most attractive as were the gardens & the pool area.
All staff were very friendly & greeted me in passing, were immaculately dressed & were a credit to the hotel. Some UK hotel staff could learn a lesson from your staff.
Breakfast included a wide variety of dishes & the evening buffet was extensive.
It was good to stay in such a good, friendly hotel to finish the official part of my tour of Kerala.
