It was our first time in Kerala and we found this little resort near by. It was a very comfortable room but not much to expect for short stays. They could've changed the sheets but since it was raining the rooms smelled musty and damp. The room was a bit small with a semi-modern finished bathroom. There wasn't any wifi in the rooms, but you could get a bit of service in the main lobby. The manager was a humble man. He spoke English well, very informative and even got us a wicked steal deal on the boat rides in the back waters of Alappuzha. He was accommodating and met all of our needs. Everything you could possibly need was at a walk able distance. Wish I could've enjoyed the city more if it wasn't a thunderstorm for our whole stay apart from the day we had the boat ride.

Excellent service to help me out doing all the activities I really wanted to do during my staying. Good room and clean. clean hotel. The hotel is located very central to everything. Heart is there :) Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et de m'avoir permis de vivre un moment unique dans les Backwaters.

After a hotel we had booked fell through, we ended up at Venezia.
The rooms were large & clean, our room overlooked the canal, great to watch the goings on along the street from our balcony.
The best thing about this hotel was the managers extremely helpful personality, he went above & beyond expectations.
Very centrally located for boat cruising the backwaters.

We stayed in this resort to celebrate 2017 New Year eve,....Rooms were very clean....Rooms with balcony are very spacious and has good lake view.....Manager Suresh was very helpful.....Location of this resort is good. We just need to cross the road to take lake boating...All most all the shops are nearby this resort...
