an efficient and no frills attached hotel.ideal for business trips. check-in and checkout was very quick. the reception staff is efficient and helpful. tried to upgrade but since no upgrade was available, they allotted me the best available. the hotel is conveniently located on the main road near the metro station. good offers are available on various websites. room service was very good and the food combos in the in-room dining are good. value for money.

I bukd ds hotel fr 11 dyz and got the room(standard room)confirmation bfr checking in to the hotel.Since i asked for front n sun facing room during the bukng but at the time of checking I didnât get d same room n it wasnât even reserved as I requested. I got in touch wd the same person thru whom n got my reservation done. he apologized n promised to gv my preferred room nxt day only.Here r the points I noticed during my whole stay:-
1. Room :- Not upto to the standard of 4 star but comfortable.TV system is not tht good n NO HD channels are available in the room thru TATA SkY system. Washroom are not big water was flowing out of the bath ar ea.HOusekeeping still use system old system of mobbing n cleaning. No room fresher after room cleaning.Bathroom shower system seems old one!!but hot & cold water was available.Wifi range is not strong in the room n not much faster too.
2.Food :- Since i bukd d room wd brkfst, so brkfst was gd but staff dosent keep watch on food n keep buffet lid open n food was gttng cold. I noticed ds thng many times n told thm abt ds. Though staff was helpful but still need more grooming!
Food variety was not tht much n found most of thngs same on evry othr day. One gd thing is tht u can order omelette n dosa freshly made on order thru kitchen.Fruits are available n tea is nice.
3. GYM :- Good to go !
4.Location & conveyance - Sarai metro station is around 400 mtr away.If u want to go to inside faridabad than u can gt shared auto rite in front of the hotel.(both side)
5. Private dining: -Food is bit expensive so there are plenty of food delivery around the hotel. Big bazar is next to metro
Station so easy for buying some food stuff n snacks.
6. Value fr money:- i wud say gd to stay but thy need to improve many things.

All staff very helpful. Got an upgrade to a business class room which was a nice gesture. Good base to explore the city. The hotel was beautiful, the room was modern and very clean. There was free wifi. The spa was great. The only downside was the restaurant couldn't make me a meal as I am on a special diet. The staff did help me though to get the heating turned up once I got to my room.

Recently in the month of January 18 we have organised a Cock tail party for 100 people. It was organised at Gulmohar banquet. The arrangements were made both at the banquets and open area adjoining the banquets.We were very happy to see the decorum of the hotel and banquets. There were new and brights LEDS installed which gives a beautiful looks to the hotel. We enjoyed a lot with our snacks, drinks and food which were very good taste wise . The services were very good and the staff of hotel was available all the time for providing services. An excellent hotel for organizing such party and too at a very affordable price as compared to other hotels which are nearby to this property.I have given a reference to one of my friend who will be organizing his personal party in the month of February. The connected lawn too is awesome.

Very bad experience.
Breakfast specially is not recommended.
Staff (raj - waiter) is seriously an arguing person and waiting time is long long.
I seriously do not feel good about the name LALIT attached to this property.
