We had a very pleasant stay here for 2 nights. Alex, at the front desk, was quite helpful all along. We reached there quite late and the hot water service time was already over (they have a centralized hot water service to save energy). Alex helped to make sure we got hot water, even at such late hours. Food quality is great and room service is quite fast. Must try the buffet breakfast as they offer a lot of varieties. Will visit again for sure.

A perfect weekend stayed at resort with peace. The resort is apart from the queue of other resorts. It has forest view on both sides and it's front is on Sea beach with entry from beach side. All five star amenities are available with good quality food and restaurant. Swimming pool for all age group is available inside the premises. The service provided are upto the mark. And rooms are very spacious.

worst service from victoria beach resort.manu arneja didnt solve the problem.as there staff( alex) rudely behave with my spouse. told us if we didnt attend on 31st dec then we have to check out from hotel and badly behave with my spouse. manu arneja was taking side for his staff and blaming us. if we customers didnt go ti victoria beach then i feel the staff members will pay from his pocket,worst service from manu arneja, alex, his staff memebers. victoria beach should be closed on an permanent basis.

Take a 3 to 4 days vacation....take a car...go straight to Victoria Beach Resort.
The hotel is situated over Mandarmoni beach. The rooms are awesome.Room price is little high but it was awesome. hotel lounge, pool behavior of the staff were very good. Special attraction is swimming pool and it's side bar cum restaurant.it is not mandatory to buy foreign liquor from them, if you already bought any Foreign liquor or cigarette they will allow it in pool side. In the evening there is a open bar behind the starry sky which is the best attraction.online reservation and payment can be done in previous booking.
The only problem is there was a lots of flee in this time of winter due to dry fish. You can face this problem any resort in mandarmoni i this time.

We booked Victoria Beach Resort from its Kolkata office telephonically for 2 days 10.12 to 12.12.17.due to bad weather i was about to cancel d trip;however good sense prevailed & weather improved slightly on previous night.hence proceeded to Mandarmoni on10th early morning with my pet Ford Ecosport from Newtown via Belgharia expressway- NH16-NH116.
It was my 2nd visit to Mandarmoni
.1st one was from Asansol when i stayed at Sana beach resort.
It took me around 4 hrs as d route was new & google map was my saviour.
Once at Victoria got mesmerised with its room size,restaurant & helpful staffs.
We took a stroll along d beach.d beach os not so clean & its we only to blame.
We met 2 great danes at the resort.
Due to some official urgencies we left on 11th midnoon.
Overall it was a fantastic stay & it seems its d best beach resort at Mandarmoni so far as tariff,food,room & staffs r concerned.its garden,swimming pool r also awesome.
