2nd year in a row here.love the hotel.got one of the new upgraded rooms.brillisnt veiws.all inclusive is great to as ive 4 kids.love the place.few cranky neighbours at back of hotel who like making noise and complain if you do.overall recommended

Our first time staying here even though have walked past it many times over the years as we have family close by. Our 2 bedroom apartment was refurbished & was bright spacious, clean, had 2 bathrooms & a fabulous sea view. The staff are lovely & helpful. I cannot comment on the food as we were self catering but did have a breakfast one morning which was good value for 6 euro's & enjoyed it. Didn't make use of the pools but plenty of other guests did. The roof area for sunbathing was fab plenty of beds & amazing views.
The location is excellent, has a small shopping arcade, taxi's & bus stop right outside & is walkable to loads of bars & restaurants incuding fab fish & chips & to los gigantes (all downhill) but you will need a taxi back up. If self catering, Lidl is an easy walk & if you have a car a big Mercadona is very close also. We had a few niggles such as no light over the table, no mugs, no door pockets in the fridge but nothing we couldn't overcome.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return.

Rooms are nice and clean with good kitchen and lounge the pool is not very good for kids as it is really deep and the kids pool is tiny the tiles round the pool are really slippy and we seen about a dozen acedents on them during our 21 nights stay the entertainment is a big let down its mainly animal shows for about a hour each night and that's it but there is a good karaoke bar ten minutes walk away where we went most nights this hotel is not good for anyone with walking problems or even prams or young kids due to the location it's at the top of a massive Hill and only a tiny beach within walking distance with black dirty sand if you stay here you will need a car and there is plenty of parking within a short distance we never ate in the restaurant as we looked inside it one night and there was nothing the kids would eat so always ate out or at the room there is a lidl less than 5 mins walk away and a few other shops and bars Scoobys cafe does a very nice breakfast and a good price the bar is under staffed and there is often a que with no one there to serve you we found ourselves a few times looking around for somone to serve the waterfall you see in the pics dosent work and the sunbeds are way to close together with no room to move them overall the only goid points this place has is friendly reception clean decent rooms and a lidl round the corner we did enjoy our holiday but would not return to vigilla park

Always nice to come back. Clean ja comfortable hotel, friendy staff. But food is not so good. Location is great and weather almost perfect.
Only minus is hotels restaurant.
We will be back to Vigilia Park, but next time our dinners and lunches will be served by another restaurant. Iâm sorry, but earlier food was better than now.

Based on family of 7 the apartments and facilities were ok for the money spent.
As we were on a budget we went self catering. The only down side is the apartments wouldnât let u fetch a sandwich or drink to the pool area. You had to buy thereâs at the bar. Maybe itâs me but I paid for the services of the apartments and to provide my own food and drink.
Nothing really bad to say about the place but be careful of booking self catering if you have a family
