Good service, clean, affordable price and prime location.
I booked this hotel in last moment (4 Hrs before) through Tripadvisor while travelling towards Tirupathi. I booked as PVR Residency however the acknowledgement said as Vihas Inn. Looks both the Hotels are one and the same. Reached there at 1:30 AM though their booking time is 10 to 10, they allowed us to use the room for 24 hours. May be due to Off-Season.

This hotel is in a convenient location, with access to the business area of tirupati. Also it's located in a quite neighborhood, a little away from the main road.
The rooms are ok, but they are spacious - you can also get a good deal on the room you want, depending on how many of you are traveling. That way, the more people in your group, the more affordable this hotel is.
One issue is that they do not have restaurant in the premises. But a lot of choice is available, so no complaints.
They do provide room service by serving you from restaurants nearby.

Property not a hotel. Executive room good. Manager polite and customer friendly. Staff o.k. No resturaunt. Location off d road. limited car parking. But overall stay was comfortable. Good fr Budget people.

while coming back from darshan this is the first hotel i have seen and went into it at 4:00 am check in was smooth and bed comfort was good and service was good room was clean view from room is good we can see tirumala hill.

The hotel can be chosen if you are going alone. But a must avoid hotel if you are going with a family. Location wise it is fine but as per the ambiance, facilities are concerned, it is pathetic. Taps in the bathrooms were not working. Staff was good. Food was also not of good quality.
