Stayed here for 4 nights on business because the regular congress hotels in Estoril were full up. Had the opportunity to stay in a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with kitchen, dining room, living room and poolside terrace. Villa was clean and the resort offers all one could need - pastry shop that serves breakfast and lunch, restaurant for evening meals, a small grocery store and reliable WIFI connection. The resort is located in a quiet area but close to local sites by car. The reception and security staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back for holidays!

Great place the studio room had everything and kitchen was great with all the dish washer fridge and microwave and any other thing you could think of in the kitchen the room had tv the internet was very good

We booked a T3 duplex villa and arrived on 29/09/17. It takes about 40mins via car from Lisbon airport. Cascais is a jewel on the Atlantic coast - quiet (out of season), beautiful and full of Portuguese charm. The Bicuda resort is situated in the quiet, Northern suburbs and is surrounded by some of the most expensive real estate in the area - definitely not rough!
The overall feel of the development is middle class, quiet and secure. The properties are very well maintained, spotlessly clean and spacious. Our duplex had a front garden, parking space, rear terrace and balcony. The property backed directly onto the gardens making the trip to the pool very easy. Both pools are excellent, large enough for exercise swimming and beautifully clean.
The resort has a selection of property styles with each style being part of a terraced group, either surrounding each of the two pool areas or laying around the perimeter within tended gardens. Many of the villas are privately owned giving the resort a community feel.
There is 24hr security (excellent), and a selection of discreet amenities available to residents (mini-market, bakery, coffee shop etc). Lidl supermarket is 5 mins in the car and Cascais town centre is within 12mins.
Overlall, we thoroughly enjoyed it - and I'm pretty fussy!

This resort is located in a very quiet and relaxing area approx. 4km away from the centre.
All the outside spaces are well kept and finding a free sunbed at the swimming pool has never been a problem. We stayed in one of the duplex villa which was big, clean and in a very good condition. The restaurant and the bakery on site serve good quality food and all the people working here have been nice and helpful. We would definitely go back.

From the moment we arrived we couldn't have been treated better.
Very helpful staff on reception, a great spacious apartment 1809, easy parking and all the facilities we could want.
A great base for us visiting Cascais, Sintra, Praia d'Agrada, and the Guinchos beaches.
Or fine for simple food, self-catering, chilling by their pools and enjoying the evening on your own balcony.
We hope to be back next year.
