This place not over rated at all. the reviews are so true for the first time Pushpak hotels has given a premium stay for us. the couple were lovely hosts and the rooms were truly 3 star. excellent location all the important places were easily reachable. after a draining busy day you get the comfort of lovely peaceful clean and absolutely cozy room for a good night sleep. I should have given this review much earlier sorry I am late. we look forward to visiting Alappuzha and Villa Brook Heritage Home once again soon! :) :) :)

We stayed a couple nights here and had a great time. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The location was pretty central (you hear lots of traffic during the day but it dies down at night), and best of all they helped us get a fantastic, reliable, and fair-priced houseboat. Great experience, and we've already recommended Villa Brook to a couple friends heading to alleppey soon.

Villa Brook Heritage Home was recommended to us by a friend...and this small beautiful home exceeded our expectations of a great stay. Firstly its a great location very close to the beach and not so far from the houseboats. So just ideal. The owner Mr Santosh was personally available to receive us and guide us. Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff took care of our needs and were served some yummy homely fish dishes as requested. I would recommend this place to all....With a " hands -on "owner who is quality concious and service driven , this choice will not go wrong!!!

Five of us stayed in two rooms for three nights. Excellent base for exploring surroundings. I would definitely recommend a day trip to marari beach. Staff were the highlight at this small homely place, helpful and polite helping with suggested places to visit and negotiating taxi fares for us. It's a short stroll to the beach. Staff present at all times with a buzzer in the room if any attention needed. As others have mentioned is noisy traffic during the day but no problem to sleep.

Everything you wish for from hotel services. Great staff, extra clean rooms, well decorated, nice big bathroom, perfect room services, nice clean towels everyday, soap, shampoo, body cream, hot water, good breakfast, WiFi in the room and all that for great price. I highly recommand this hotel. The mattress is really hard...
