Starting with professional lovely welcoming staff,had lovely experience with my family during Christmas vacation.Breathtaking dinner at Tambourine ,the belly dancers and Mexican Caribbean cuisine.Followed by romantic dinners at the Lucca restaurant.The rooms are fabulous,comfortable California King size bed was heavenly slumber-land.Let me thank the caring house keeping team ...of-course we had more than enough. Waking up to a international courted breakfast,indeed was home sweet home.We toured Several places during our visit In Nairobi but the highlight remained at Villa Rosa.We lacked nothing ,efficient Network we got our updates online on time.My husband and I never wanted to leave thanks for the Kenya Special coffee pack we got as New years gift on our exit we still love its Aroma and the fabric packing.See you soon...warm regards to Ms Maureen F& B coordinator( our main Reference),Mr Oscar Roy Tambourine Mg,Mr Hillary Room Booking mg,Constance at the reception,and of-course Mr Evans the entry Officer.

I loved the excellent facilities,friendly staff and very good trainers.The therapists were extremely good.The receptionist was welcoming. I will keep coming back.The steam was not worki ng on one of the days through.

Kempinski has one of the best spas in Nairobi and is comparable to really good international spas. The ladies at the reception are so friendly and the therapists are excellent. The types of messages they have been categorised according to the European seasons (winter, spring etc) but they also have other services like body scrubs and wraps. I can only speak about the Swedish, deep-tissue and hot stone massages which I have tried on different occasions and which I loved. In addition to the massage rooms, they have a steam, sauna and a jacuzzi and a heated outdoor pool which you can use either before or after your treatments. It's easy to spend an entire afternoon there because the ambience is so calming.

Then ni seme I had a nice time, slept well, fresh bedsheets, orthopedic beds, nice bathtubs.. Comfy Egyptian cotton towels and robes to match, exceptional breakfast not to mention the world class room Service.

I have been to Villa Rosa Kempinski on many occasions and I must say out of all the hotels I've been to I get the best experience there just everything in general. I only bring my daughter to swim there as I've never been to a pool Soo warm for children even in the U.K. Where the weather is extremely cold the pools aren't aren't near as warm as at Kempinski. So I would recommend it to anyone for the best experience I've never had anything to complain about!! :)
